Listen to our humble scholars including Sheikh Nuruddeen Lemu and Ustadh Ismail Abdulsalam as we highlighted the 3Ss in an intimate relationship, the concept of Personal Board of Directors and Stone Wall. We outlined the three key questions (i) Is this person the kind of person I would like my child to become? (ii) Is the character and attitude of this person ok as h/she is? & (iii) Is s/he the kind of person I would like to be around 30 years from now and consistently continue to enjoy his/her company? for courtship and companionship.
Further, we discussed emotional and intellectual capacity to get to know each other in an intimate relationship among others.
Also, learn the Negotiating Period of the pre-marital stage and how to use the catchphrase ‘I would like or interested in getting to know you better’ rather than ‘I want to marry you’.
Further readings include The Six Need for Compatibility, Concept of Love Languages, and For Better: The Facts Behind Marriage.

Please, join us as we explore some of the controversial and contextual Pre and Post marital-related questions including (i) How to find and select partners in healthy and halal ways? Thoughtful insights provided by our 1st Speaker Sheikh Nuruddeen Lemu and (ii) How we can sustain and survive in-laws related challenges, expectations, and struggles? Critical perspectives provided by our 2nd Speaker Ustadh Ismail AbdulSalam
